Nick became a Realtor to fuel his passion for Real Estate and help his community. With decades of experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, Nick’s favorite phrase is “Everything is negotiable”. His mission is to achieve optimal ROI for sellers and maximize buyers' purchase power through results-driven strategic approaches. He provides all of his clients with a comprehensive view of the real estate process coupled with attention to detail and methodical negotiation skills.
Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Born and raised in Brevard, he brings a deep-rooted understanding of Brevard’s unique geography and growth. He’s a strong advocate for protecting the Indian River Lagoon and Brevard's other natural resources. Nick and his wife, Ashley, and their two beautiful daughters live on Merritt Island and spend their free time enjoying the water with family and friends.
