Contributing over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Property Management, and Customer Service, my primary role with Don Harkins Realty is to take on the administrative and operational standards of the brokerage so that all of our Listing and Buyer Specialists are able to devote 100% of their attention to helping our clients achieve their real estate and financial goals.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in executive operations, budgeting, graphic design, marketing, transaction management, contracts, building construction and maintenance, capital improvements, and customer service. I also cultivate the client consumer experience even before they choose to work with our agents and ensure that each customer is expertly guided from pre-listing or pre-search, through closing and beyond. In addition to providing the brokerage with the tools, knowledge, and training to best serve our clients, I also work to maintain important social and business networks in the Central Florida community and rely on this extensive network to bring our buyers, sellers, and agents the most up-to-date information on trends, inventory, neighborhoods, and events.
I grew up in Southern California, and St. Louis, Missouri but have called Central Florida home for two decades. I have a passion for travel and cooking and enjoy the flexibility and constant change that comes with managing operations for Don Harkins Realty. Because Don and I work so well as a team both in the office and at home, I'm able to devote plenty of time to our children, Donny and Daisy, and to various community and service organizations in Orlando and on the Space Coast, including serving on several boards, sports, neighborhood, and school organizations.
